CARTIVATORブログ２回目、今回はハードウェア設計リーダーの西井が担当させていただきます。
空飛ぶクルマ開発の最前線、ぜひご一読ください！

今回お届けするのは、愛知・設計チームの活動です。
今日も直近の報道を見て、活動に参加したいという方が続々と集まりました。
皆さん、様々なバックグラウンドを持ち、色々な期待と不安を抱えながらも、
一歩踏み出して設計の現場に来ていただきました。

そして始まる、いつもより広い部屋を間借りしてのミーティング。
具体的な課題やタスクが、次々とメンバーの口から説明されていきます。

 

このような説明は、皆さんの不安を煽ってしまうだけかもしれません。
ですが、様々な課題を隠すことなく見せることが、皆さんに活動の
イメージを具体化してもらう最良の手段でもあります。

これは一種の賭け。
数々の障害を飛び越え、空飛ぶクルマを実現するという私たちの想いが、
皆さんに届くかという賭けでもあります。

「私、そこに興味があります」
説明を続ける中で、声が上がりました。
私がほっと胸を撫で下ろす瞬間です。

今ではすっかり定着しましたが、毎回往復100km以上を運転して
活動に来るメンバーもいたりと、メンバー自身の事情も様々。
そんな中でも、共通の目的に向かって進めるのが、
私たちCARTIVATORの強みでもあります。


さて、ブログは次回以降も、そんなCARTIVATORが誇る多数のメンバー
が登場しながら続いていきます。

For CARTIVARTOR’s 2nd blog, you will hear from our Lead Hardware Engineer, Nishii.

Please read through and be at the forefront of our flying car development!
This time I, Nishii, will share the activities of the Aichi Engineering Team.

Today as I received the latest reports, those that wanted to participate in the activities gathered one after another.
Everyone of various backgrounds, carrying various expectations and anxiety,
took a step out and came to the engineering site.

Then we started the meeting; renting at a larger room than usual. Specific issues and tasks to be explained by each member one after another.

 

This kind of explanation may fuel everyone’s anxiety.
However, it is important for us to lay out all the various issues without hiding it,
as it is also the best way to realise the image of the activity.

This is one type of gamble.

Whether our thoughts of jumping over numerous obstacles to realise flying car will reach out to you is also a gamble.

 

“I am interested in that.” A voice yelled out, as I continued the explanation.

It is the moment when I feel relieved and warm inside.

It is now completely settled, but some members coming to this activity drive over 100 km round trip and the circumstances of the members themselves also varies.

Even so, being able to progress towards a common goal, is a strength of CARTIVATOR.

 

Now, this blog will continue furthermore as many members join the CARTIVATOR team.
