こんにちは！
今週は、広報チームの小幡が担当させて頂きます。　

今回ブログを書くにあたり、CARTIVATOR広報チームの役割って何だろう……と改めて考えました。　

企業広報とは少し違うのかもしれないですが、私個人としては、

●CARTIVATORのことを少しでも多くの方に知って頂きたい
●想いに共感頂き、応援して頂いたり、参加して頂いたりという輪を広げていきたい

というメンバー皆の想いを代表してメディア様やその先の皆様に伝えていくこと。

それにより、”2020年オリンピック聖火点灯”の目標、そしてその先の“モビリティを通じて次代に夢を繋ぐ”というビジョンの実現を後押しをすることかな、と思っています。

そのためには、代表中村の考えや、各チームの想い、開発の状況等、チーム全体をしっかり知っていなければいけません。

本業もあるし、複数拠点に跨がるので、なかなかやりきれてはいないのが現状ではありますが、広報メンバーが、

「誰よりチームを知って、しっかり外の世界に発信するんだ！」

という「気概」で頑張っていかねば、と思っています。

メンバーも、有り難いことに少しずつ増えてきて、現在は東京に7名、名古屋3名の10人体制(+α)で、毎週打合せをしています。

それぞれのキャラがなかなか濃いので、意見がぶつかったりもしますが、気づいたら、同じ方向に少しずつ進んでいっている。そんな素敵なメンバーです。
一緒にやってみたい、助けてやろうじゃないか、という方。

Hello! My name is Oda from Public Relations Team and this week I will be in charge of the blog entry.

In writing this blog, I was thinking again what is the role of Cartivator’s Public Relations Team.  

There may be little difference from company publicity; however personally I believe that our members represent Cartivator to:

• Reach out to more people so that they know more about Cartivator
• Broaden the circle of those that we can sympathise our thoughts
  with, support network and the number of participants

and share this to the media and to everyone else.

By doing so, I think that it will encourage the realization of our goal “To light the 2020 Olympic torch” and the vision “To connect the dreams to the next generation through
mobility”.

In order to do this, we must know everything about the whole team, such as Leader Nakamura’s idea, each teams thoughts, development situation, etc.

It is a quite difficult situation given we have our primary occupations, multiple bases but as a public relations member, I will try my best and with high spirits – to understand the team
better than anyone and share information to the world precisely!

We are thankful that the number of members are increasing little by little. Currently we have a total of 10 people with seven people in Tokyo and 3 in Nagoya and we hold weekly meetings.

Since each member has their own personalities, there are conflicting opinions; however just as you notice it, we progress little by little in the same direction. That is the wonder of our
members.
