今週は組織運営チームの内田がお送りします！

数名のメンバーで始まったCARTIVATORですが、最近は各所で報道・紹介いただいたこともあり、今では60人を超えるメンバーが集まっています。

今日は、そんなCARTIVATORをより良く・よりアツく、そして何よりも皆が楽しんで参加できる組織にするべく活動している、組織運営チームについて紹介したいと思います。

 

組織運営チームの現在の主な仕事は
・月例イベントの『CARTIVATOR Meet Up! 』の運営
・新規メンバーの獲得
の2つです。

 

◆『CARTIVATOR Meet Up!』の運営

CARTIVATOR Meet Up! とは、メンバーが一堂に会して、各チームの最新状況について共有、議論するイベントです。毎月第2金曜日に開催しています。

普段は、東京や愛知をはじめ複数の拠点に分かれて、オンラインでのやり取りを中心に活動しています。

そのため、このMeet Upの場は、メンバー同士でお互いの生の声を聴き、CARTIVATORの現在地を確認できる場になっています。

現在はメンバー間の情報共有が主になっていますが、今後はよりオープンなイベントにして、活発な議論ができる場にしていきたいと思っています。

 

◆新規メンバーの獲得

組織運営チームのもう一つの大事な仕事は、「2020年のオリンピックでの聖火点灯」というゴールにたどり着くために、新たなメンバーを獲得することです。

CARTIVATORに興味を持っていただいた方々に向けて、活動説明会の企画、活動見学の案内等を行っています。皆さんにCARTIVATORの活動の魅力が伝わるよう、技術・事業の各チームを連携を取りながら企画を進めています。

 

現在は、上で紹介したMeet Up! と同時に説明会も開催しています。

Hello! This week’s entry is from Uchida from Organisation Management Team!

CARTIVATOR started with very few members; recently with various reports and introductions, we have over 60 members gathered.

Today, I would like to introduce the organization management team that is working to make CARTIVATOR better and more than anything, to make it an organization that everyone can enjoy and participate.

Currently there are two main roles of the organisation management team, that is:

1.     Managing monthly event “CARTIVATOR Meet Up!”
2.     Recruiting New Members

 

◆“CARTIVATOR Meet Up!” Operations

CARTIVATOR Meet Up! is an event where members gather in one place, sharing and discussing the latest status of each team. It is held on the second Friday of every month. Normally, it is divided into multiple bases such as Tokyo and Aichi, and various activities between bases done through online means.

Therefore, this Meet Up! is a place where members can listen to each other’s voices and check the current position of CARTIVATOR.

Currently, information sharing is mainly among members, however in the future I would like to make it a more open event and make it a place where active discussions can be held.

 

◆ Recruiting new members

Another important task of the organization management team is to recruit new members to reach the goal of “lighting the torch in the 2020 Olympics”.

For those interested in CARTIVATOR, we are planning activities, briefing sessions, guiding activity tours, etc. In order to convey everyone’s appeal of CARTIVATOR’s activities, we are working on planning activities of each team from technology and business in cooperation.

 

Currently, Meet Up! as introduced above as well as briefing session is held.
