みなさん、こんにちは、こんばんは。
ハードウェア設計リーダの西井です。

前回までのブログで、各チームの役割・拠点をご紹介しました。
おかげさまで、チーム紹介が一巡する間にも新規メンバーが続々と！
ありがたい限りです。

それでは、今週も活動の様子をご紹介していきましょう。
今回も初公開、私達の活動場所の写真からどーぞ！！

……民宿か……。

いえいえ、違いますよ。

こちらは愛知の設計事務所の一室。
見た目は「イッツ・ア・スモールお座敷」であっても、中身は「世界」とつながっています。

皆がスマホやPCと睨めっこしてますが、それぞれがここにはいないデザインチーム、理論構築チーム、東京設計チームなど別々のチームメンバーと会話中。
この場で、各チーム間の意見交換が進められているというわけです。

いわばこのお座敷はCARTIVATORの「チームを繋ぐハブ」。
人数だけだと分かりづらいですが、実に７つのチームが集結しています。

今は次期試作機の設計が佳境。
時間も限られている中、チーム間のすり合わせは、やはり顔を突き合わせてが
ベストです。
ありがたいことに、メンバーには週末の貴重な時間をこの時間に割り当てて
いただいてます。
CARTIVATORの活動を応援してくださっている皆さん、そして皆の頑張りに応えるべく、
今後も活動を推進していきたいと思いますので、よろしくお願いいたします！！

Hello and good evening everyone, this is Nishii, Lead Hardware Engineer.

In previous blogs we introduced the roles and bases of each team.

Thanks to you, new members continue to join one after the other as news of team introductions goes round. We are very grateful of this.

Let us introduce our activities from this week as well.

For the first time, we share a picture of the place we do our activities!

Is it an inn…? No, it is not – this is one room of Aichi’s design office.

Even though it looks like “it’s a small room”, at the heart of it – it is connected to “the world”.

Everyone is staring at a smartphone or a PC, but they are actually talking to different team members which are no present such as design, theoretical construction and Tokyo design teams. This is where the exchange of opinions between each team happen.

This room so to speak is CARTIVATOR’s Hub Connecting Teams. It is difficult to understand by the number of people in the photo; however there are no less than seven teams are gathered.

Now the outstanding task of designing the next prototype.

While the time is limited, face to face team-to-team coordination is still the best.

Thankfully, members have put aside their valuable time of their weekend to this time.

To everyone who is supporting CARTIVATOR’s activities, and to respond to the hard work of everyone, I would like to continue promoting activities in the future, thank you very much !
