こんにちは。
デザインチームと製作チームの二足のわらじのTeru伊藤です。

CARTIVATORでは、春・夏・秋の年３回、合宿を行っています。
合宿場所は、全メンバーが参加できるよう中間地点の静岡や愛知です。

春合宿は、5/6～5/7静岡県の“伊豆の国アートビレッジ”で、
夏合宿は、8/19～8/20 愛知県の“原田車両設計”で開催しました。
秋合宿は、11/中旬を予定しています。

私は、春夏とも参加しました。

 

CARTIVATORのメンバーも、今では79名。
居住地も東京エリア・静岡エリア・愛知エリアで、アメリカ出張中の人もいます。
自動車メーカー、航空機メーカー、商社、コンサルタント、主婦、大学生など、
飛行機好き、車好きの“ばかまじめ”が一堂に集結した合宿です。

各チーム、夏の長期連休中にコツコツ進めてきたことを
発表する場にもなりました。

その詳しい内容は……トップシークレットな情報ばかりで
残念ながら上手くお伝えできません……。

 

でも、とっても盛り上がり、ものすごい熱量デシタ！
質疑応答の嵐。みんな熱い熱い！

 

「それじゃ納期間に合わないよ！こんな方法ならミスなく短期でやれそう」
「専門用語がわからない。わかりやすく言ってもらえない？」
「いいアイデアだけど、こうしたらもっと良くなるんじゃない？」
「問題点わかった！すぐに木材のモックアップを作ろう！」

 

むちゃくちゃ面白い！
この勢いで、2020年に一直線GO！

 

Hello my name is Teru Ito and I am in two teams – design and production.

At CARTIVATOR, we conduct training camps three times a year; in spring, summer, and autumn. The training location is central; in Shizuoka or Aichi, so that all members can participate.

Spring training camp was held at Shizuoka prefecture’s “Izunokuni Art Village” on 5/6~5/7

Summer training camp was held at Aichi prefecture’s “Harada Vehicle Design” on 8/19~8/20

We plan to hold the autumn training camp mid-November.

I participated in spring and summer training camps.

There are currently 79 members in CARTIVATOR.

There are also people living in the Tokyo area, Shizuoka area, Aichi area and there are people that are on a business trip in the United States.

Automobile manufacturers, aircraft manufacturers, trading companies, consultants, housewives, university students, airplane lovers, car enthusiasts were gathered together in the camp.

What kind of things were talked about in the training camp? Tell me now!

It also became a place to announce what each team has been promoting during long-term summer holidays.

However, it is very exciting with tremendous amount of heat!
