皆さんこんにちは、先行研究チームの三木です。
今週は私の所属する静岡支部の様子をお伝えします。

 

その前に、私がなぜCARTIVATORの活動に参加したのかについてご説明します。

 

新しいものを創りたい、飛行機＆車が大好き、活動が楽しそう……など理由は沢山ありますが、一番のポイントは「次世代の人達に夢を！」。
CARTIVATORが掲げるこの想いに強く共感しました。
車が飛んだらスゴイし、夢がありますよね。

そんな私が活動する、静岡支部は、支部と言っても5名程度の少数部隊で、先行研究チームとして活動しています。

全員同じ会社なので、平日の昼休みにランチミーティング、個別作業は自宅等で各自実施しています。

メンバーは、博士の学位を持つ制御のプロ、機体の設計・製造・操縦と何でもこなす鳥人間コンテスト上位ランカー、エネルギーデバイスに造詣が深い電池技術者など、バラエティに富んでおり、活動を通じて、専門外の事も自然に身についてきます。

 

CARTIVATORは若いメンバーが多く、Facebook等のSNSを使いこなしてコミュニケーションをとっています。

一方、静岡支部はアラフォー世代以上のシニアチームなので、SNSが苦手なメンバーも多く、情報難民化しないように四苦八苦しています。

SNSが得意な若いメンバー募集中です（笑）

 

現在は、理論構築チームと協力しながらSkyDriveの制御担当として活動を続けています。

今、私は「空飛ぶクルマ」という夢をあきらめないように、富士山頂で購入した夢が叶うお守りをいつも持ち歩いています。

Hello everyone, this is Miki from Advanced Research Team.
This week I would like to share with you about the Shizuoka branch which I belong.

Before that, I would like to explain why I joined CARTIVATOR’s activity.

There are many reasons such as I want to make new things, I love airplanes and cars, the activity looks fun and etc; however the number one point was to “give dreams to the next generation!”

I sympathized strongly with this feeling that CARTIVATOR carries.

It’s amazing when cars fly and there are dreams isn’t there.

Shizuoka branch is a minority unit of about five people leading the activities in the Advanced Research Team.

Everyone works in the same company in our day jobs, so we have lunch meetings on weekday lunch breaks and we do individual work and so on at home.

The members include a control pro with a doctorate degree, aircraft designer, experts in manufacturing and manoeuvring, bird human contestant with a variety of skills, battery technicians with deep knowledge of energy devices, etc. Through this activities, they are experts that can naturally learn things outside of their expertise.

There are many young
members in CARTIVATOR, and we communicate via Social Media such as Facebook.

On the other hand, since the Shizuoka
branch is a senior team around 40 years age, many members who are not good at Social
Media are struggling with information sharing. We are recruiting young members
who are good at Social Media!

Currently we are
working in cooperation with the theoretical framework team in charge of SkyDrive’s
control.

Now, I always carry around with a charm of “dreams will come true” which I purchased at the top of Mt. Fuji so as not to give up the dream of “flying car”.
